1. About this site

eddieahmadi.com is the personal and studio site of Eddie Ahmadi, an independent mobile and web app developer based in Jessheim, Norway. The site presents the apps, the journal, the press kit and a shop. The shop currently shows a sample catalogue, as explained in section 5.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

You may read, link to and share the public pages for lawful purposes. You must not:

• attempt to access the private administration area or any system without permission;
• interfere with the site, its security or its availability, including through automated traffic that degrades the service;
• upload or transmit malicious code, or use the site to harass, impersonate or mislead anyone;
• copy or republish substantial parts of the site except as allowed in section 3 or by written permission.

The site is provided on an availability basis. Maintenance, errors or provider outages may interrupt access, and no uninterrupted service is promised.

3. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, artwork, photography and brand marks on this site belong to Eddie Ahmadi or are used with permission. The app names, logos and icons are part of that material. Nothing on the site transfers ownership of these rights.

The press kit at /press-kit supplies original brand assets for editorial and press use in connection with Eddie Ahmadi, the apps and the studio movofo. That use is permitted with the attribution “Eddie Ahmadi”. It does not imply endorsement, partnership or sponsorship. Assets may not be recoloured, distorted or cropped in a way that changes their identity.

4. Apps and availability

The apps are at different stages. Some are live, some are in early access and some are in development. The current availability is shown on each app page and may change without notice.

No store listing, platform, feature or release date is promised unless it is published on the site at the time you read it. App store purchases and downloads are also governed by the terms of the relevant store.

5. Sample merchandise

The shop currently presents a sample catalogue. The products are demonstrations of the shop experience, not live offers. Their names, descriptions, images and prices are illustrative and may change.

No contract is formed by a sample listing. Checkout is not enabled until the shop’s payment configuration is complete.

6. Orders and pricing

When checkout is enabled, prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The total price, including any shipping shown at checkout, is confirmed on Stripe’s hosted checkout page before you pay. The amount charged is the total shown there.

Payment is completed on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. This site does not receive or store card numbers. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe and the order record is created. If a payment fails or an order is cancelled, no goods or digital delivery are supplied.

If an obvious pricing or description error appears at checkout, the order may be cancelled and any payment returned. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

7. Digital products: licence and withdrawal

A digital purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the delivered file for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the file as a stand-alone product.

Digital products are delivered through a private download link after payment is verified. The link is personal to the order and should not be shared.

Under Norwegian consumer law, the right of withdrawal may be lost for digital content once delivery has begun, provided you have given express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost. Before digital sales go live, the checkout flow must present that consent and acknowledgement where required before the purchase is completed.

8. Physical products, shipping and returns

Physical fulfilment starts in Norway only. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout when it is enabled. Delivery times are not promised beyond what the checkout states.

Norwegian consumer law gives a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales, subject to the statutory exceptions. This includes sealed goods that have been unsealed and goods made to your specifications. To exercise the right, email contact@eddieahmadi.com before returning anything.

Returned goods should be unused and in their original condition unless they are faulty. A refund is made to the original payment method after the return is received and checked. Faulty or incorrectly described goods are handled in line with mandatory Norwegian consumer rights, which these terms do not limit.

9. Third-party links and services

The site links to third-party services, including Stripe, app stores and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for their content, availability or handling of your data.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The content on this site is provided for general information about the work. It is not professional, financial or legal advice, and no guarantee is made that it is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, Eddie Ahmadi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site and the shop change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply. Material changes will be reflected in the content of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes may be brought before the Norwegian courts. Mandatory consumer rights, including the right to bring a complaint in your own jurisdiction where the law allows, are not affected.
